about

Hi! I’m Rochel.

And I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Somatic Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator whose life mission is to support individuals in meeting themselves and their emotions with deepened safety, compassion, and tools.

My approach

What You Can Expect

Targeted Transformation
No years-long process here! My clients and I enter containers of ~3 months of immersive growth. During that time, I offer integrative, trauma-informed care that empowers you to move beyond coping and into your next iteration of self.

Bespoke Personalized Sessions
Forget rigid, one-size-fits-all solutions. Our work together is deeply holistic, and precisely attuned to the unique language and pace of your nervous system and attachment system. Expect our sessions to be dynamic, unconventional, and a little bit magic: we'll probably talk, we might move, we will definitely breathe.

Prioritization of Your Empowerment
My intention is to empower you toward greater emotional autonomy and connect you with a robust network of support that extends beyond our collaboration. Our work is a strategically chosen, restorative partnership—a deliberate investment that marks the beginning of a new chapter.

Reconnection with Your Innate Wellness
My mission is to support individuals in reconnecting with their innate wholeness—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Through presence, curiosity, and compassion, I help clients remember that they are not broken—they are becoming.

My story

I used to think that hope and healing were a fairytale.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner—and fellow human who has personally journeyed from fear and pain to safety and expansiveness—I hold a deep conviction that true healing is possible from the inside out.

If you’re looking for a provider who gets it—look no further. Like many of you, I used to think that hope and healing were a fairytale. With depression, anxiety, and insomnia as early childhood companions, my alphabet soup of diagnoses grew throughout my teens and twenties.

As a sexual assault survivor who intimately navigated profound grief, tumultuous relationships, and chronic, unexplained medical symptoms, I felt fundamentally broken. I engaged with all of the “right” treatments and spent decades in talk therapy, psychiatry, and consulting with medical specialists. Despite my psych degrees and immense investment, I found myself on multiple psychiatric medications—and still incredibly depressed.

I knew there had to be another way

I was tired of giving up on myself. So, I dove headfirst into the other stuff: psychedelics, somatics, and body-based therapies.

With the support of a handful of gifted providers, things… got better. With ongoing commitment, my resilience increased, my capacity expanded, my inner voice softened. Compassion, Connection, Joy, and Gratitude became the cornerstones around which I oriented. Eventually, I was able to taper off of psychiatric medications - and still fall asleep at night.

Beyond the many textbooks that went into my formal years of training, my personal history of transforming through my own greatest internal challenges is now my living library of navigating the human experience. I now use that wisdom to holistically and capably tune into your experience.

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Guiding Ethos

The Cornerstones of Our Work

  • Every single part of you is worthy of being met with empathy, kindness, and unconditional positive regard. I recognize the inherent vulnerability of being human and I am here to shame-slay together.

  • You are your own greatest healer and you have everything you need. I guide my clients towards autonomous thriving and connection to internal and external resources to utilize long after our work together concludes.

  • I am a trauma-informed provider who efforts to attune to your nervous system in live time and co-create a safe space for you to explore mind, body, and attachment patterns. I will always endeavor to do this work with strength and slowness.

  • No judgment, here. Just as a child explores a new world, approaching ourselves and our experiences with genuine curiosity, wonder, and awe unlocks new pathways to understanding and growth.

  • Yes, this gets to be fun! Even in the depths of healing, we’ll invite a spirit of experimentation, allowing for moments of ease (and even laughter) to support the unwinding of tension and the rediscovery of your innate vibrancy.

  • I remain humble to all that I do not know. Beyond my degrees and certifications, I am constantly investing in specialized trainings, supervision, and mentorship.

  • There will always be attention given to educating you about the workings of your nervous and attachment systems, the mind-body-spirit connection, and the tools that can support you in moving from coping to thriving.

  • I am dedicated to your highest well-being and strive to build relationships grounded in trust and authenticity. All of you will be met with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to ethical practice.
