  • I am not in-network with any insurance providers.
For my integrative psychiatry services, I can provide an out-of-network superbill, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that superbills are not available for therapeutic facilitation sessions.

  • My fees reflect the difference between price and value—price is what you pay, value is what you receive. Our work is designed to create deep, lasting transformation in a focused period of time, rather than years of therapy without real change. I offer highly individualized support, attuned to your attachment, energy, and nervous system. Each session is a bespoke journey—responsive, dynamic, and grounded in both training and lived experience. I intentionally keep a limited caseload so I can show up fully, bringing depth, presence, and care to every session.

  • My full-fee structure reflects the depth, quality, and deeply individualized care I bring to this work.

To support accessibility, I reserve approximately 20% of my caseload for scholarship clients. These are offered as 4-session packages at $300 per session and are thoughtfully awarded on a case-by-case basis to individuals who deeply resonate with my approach and are ready to engage in meaningful, committed work. If this sounds like you, I invite you to reach out.

Frequently Asked Questions

wondering about something? let’s clear it up.

  • A chemistry call is a free, 20-minute consultation designed for us to get a sense of each other. You’ll have the chance to briefly share what you’re looking for support with, and I’ll explain how I work and which of my services may be the best fit for your needs.

There’s no pressure to commit—this call is simply an opportunity to feel out the dynamic, ask any initial questions, and see if my approach resonates with you.

  • Within 48 hours: A $150 charge applies for the reserved time.

Within 24 hours: Full session payment is required

While I aim to be flexible with life's unexpected curveballs, and you are always welcome to reach out to shift times or dates, please understand this may not always be possible due to my scheduling commitments.

  • I am generally available for in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at my beautiful ceremony space in Brooklyn.

  • I am licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. This means I am legally authorized to provide psychiatric services—including diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy—to clients who reside in and are physically located in New York at the time of service, even if sessions are held virtually.

For clients located outside of New York, I offer non-clinical services such as somatic coaching and breathwork, which are not considered medical treatment and do not require state licensure. These services are available to clients across the U.S. and internationally.

  • That depends on the type of support you're seeking.

If you're interested in psychiatric services (such as diagnosis, medication management, or psychotherapy), I can only work with clients who are physically located in the state of New York, where I’m currently licensed to practice.

If you’re looking for somatic coaching, breathwork, or other non-clinical support, I’m able to work with clients across the U.S. and internationally, as these services are not considered medical treatment.

If you’re unsure which path is right for you, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you determine the best fit on a clarity call.

  • As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York, I provide medical services such as diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy under the legal protections of HIPAA. This means that all psychiatric treatment is governed by strict confidentiality laws that protect your health information and ensure a secure, private treatment relationship.

I also offer non-clinical services, such as somatic coaching, breathwork, and therapeutic facilitation, which are not considered medical treatment and therefore are not covered by HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws.

If you choose to work with me in both roles—as your psychiatric provider and therapeutic facilitator—we can absolutely do so, but it’s important to understand that these services fall under different legal and ethical frameworks. You’ll be asked to sign a clear consent form acknowledging this distinction and the limits of confidentiality when engaging in facilitation work.

Regardless of the role, I am committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and transparent relationship. I will always honor your privacy, clearly define our boundaries, and ensure that your care remains collaborative, ethical, and aligned with your goals.

healing should empower you.

My intention is to empower you toward greater emotional autonomy and connect you with a robust network of support that extends beyond our collaboration. I see our work as a strategically chosen, deeply restorative partnership—a deliberate investment that marks the beginning of meaningful transformation.

this takes courage.

The decision to invest in your well-being is an act of courage. My own healing and professional journey has required substantial investments—some more impactful than others.

alignment is everything

What I’ve learned is this: I’ve never regretted investing in the right provider—the ones who sparked a full-body “yes.” These aligned partnerships have been the most powerful expressions of self-care, leading to transformative growth and a renewed sense of what’s possible.
