Therapeutic Facilitation
Purposeful Exploration for Transformational Breakthroughs
Let’s Make Magic Happen
Tired of talking about your problems, with no significant change?
Most individuals who turn to therapeutic facilitation are exhausted, feeling like they’ve tried everything but have yet to see shifts. Our nervous systems run unprocessed experiences in the background, subtly shaping your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Therapeutic facilitation is a wildly transformational multi-month partnership with a shared goal of creatively metabolizing that background data, enabling you to flow through the world with authentic presence.
It is a unique combination of Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Internal Family Systems, and more. Each uniquely-crafted session is crafted in real time, supporting you in excavating and metabolizing underlying beliefs, emotions, and experiences that have been holding you back.
Who is this offering for?
The people drawn to this work are often navigating complex emotions, major transitions, or a longing for deeper connection. But you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—just willing to show up for yourself in a new way.

FAQs

-
Therapeutic Facilitation is a therapeutic form of coaching and is not a licensed title. It is designed for individuals seeking time-limited profound personal growth and deep systemic shifts within a structured, goal-oriented container. Traditional therapy provides ongoing clinical diagnosis, long-term treatment, and essential support for severe or persistent mental health conditions, and offers a crucial space for crisis management. Therapeutic facilitation is not a substitute for this clinical care.
-
Facilitation focuses on present-moment awareness, personal growth, and embodied exploration through somatic and experiential practices. Unlike psychiatry, it does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, nor will I be offering medical advice or interventions based on my psychiatric license.
This coaching-based relationship is not governed by the same legal or regulatory frameworks as psychiatric care. For example, the protections of HIPAA do not extend to facilitation work. While I adhere to ethical practices within our agreement, the legal standards are different. If you ever need medical or therapeutic support, I will always encourage you to work with a licensed professional.
-
Yes, you can. However, because these roles are governed by different legal structures, you’ll need to sign an agreement acknowledging that facilitation sessions are not protected in the same way as psychiatric care. I’ll always be transparent about the distinctions so you can make informed choices.
-
Yes. Coaching can complement your existing support system. I’ll never interfere with the clinical care you’re already receiving, and I’m happy to collaborate with your providers when appropriate (with your consent).

Understanding the Value
My fees reflect the difference between price and value—price is what you pay, value is what you receive. Our work is designed to create deep, lasting transformation in a focused period of time, rather than years of therapy without real change. I offer highly individualized support, attuned to your attachment, energy, and nervous system. Each session is a bespoke journey—responsive, dynamic, and grounded in both training and lived experience. I intentionally keep a limited caseload so I can show up fully, bringing depth, presence, and care to every session.
-
Yes, I offer sessions virtually as well as in person, depending on what’s most accessible and comfortable for you.
-
Absolutely. I offer full-day sessions, as well as multi-day intensives and retreats in beautiful settings like Costa Rica, Mexico, or a location of your choosing. These can be an incredible way to dive deeper when the timing is right.
-
We’ll check in every eight sessions to reflect: What’s changing? What’s still emerging? Do your goals need refining? From there, you can take a break, shift to occasional “touch-up” sessions, or continue with another 8-session package. Your process is honored at your own pace.
-
Many clients report feeling subtle or even significant shifts after the first session. For deeper, lasting change, eight sessions is often a sweet spot where insights begin to take root and blossom.
-
This work is not a substitute for psychiatric or crisis care. If you are experiencing acute mental health challenges, suicidal ideation, or need regular medical supervision, I recommend working with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist as a primary provider. Facilitation can complement—but not replace—clinical care.
