Integrative Psychiatry
Holistic psychiatric care that prioritizes your unique biology, lifestyle, and spiritual beliefs
your suffering stops here.
Psychiatry that works for you.
As a trauma-informed and somatic psychiatric provider, I co-create personalized minimalist-medication treatment plans that may include de-prescribing support, lifestyle coaching, and nutritional guidance. My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, body awareness, and collaborative care — helping you move toward greater peace, safety, and connection.
I partner with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and sexual dysfunction and offer specialized support for psychedelic explorers, survivors of sexual violence, and individuals from orthodox Jewish or Christian backgrounds.

Medication & Practice Philosophy
No matter where you are on your journey with medication—whether you're currently taking it and considering tapering, or you're hesitant to begin—it’s important to understand the values that guide my approach.
Knowledge + Empathy
As an individual who has spent years benefitting from and struggling with psychiatric providers and medications, I prioritize balancing science-backed data with compassionate care.
Respect for Your Brain Chemistry
While psychiatric medications can be life-saving interventions, they can also come with real side effects. I honor your lived experience and strive to prescribe medications at the lowest effective dose.
Shared Goals of Wellness
Medications are one part of the picture. As psychiatric medications facilitate a foundation of stability, we will consciously explore a comprehensive treatment plan that includes inner tools and external support.
Direct Communication
As a small practice, your communication is directly with me. I prioritize personalized attention and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Even one day of suffering from mental illness is too much.
Whether you're currently taking psychiatric medications, are considering tapering, or are hesitant to begin—integrative psychiatry can help. I partner with high-functioning adults (ages 18-64) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and sexual dysfunction.
Services are available only to New York State residents & i do not provide emergency services (see below).

The Process
1. Chemistry Call
An opportunity for you to briefly share what you’re looking for support with and for us to see if my approach feels like a good fit for your goals.
2. Intake Questionnaire
You will complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire (30-60 minutes). This information helps us make the most of our time together during our evaluation.
3. Evaluation
We’ll discuss your story, goals, and priorities, and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medications, therapeutic strategies, and lifestyle recommendations.
4. Follow-Up Visits
We’ll review what’s working and adjust what isn’t. Initially, we may meet every 2 weeks to ensure safety and support. Once stability is achieved, we may space sessions out to every 1-3 months.
IMPORTANT NOTES & CONSIDERATIONS
Psychiatry services are only available to New York residents.
I am not currently accepting new patients.
I am judicious when prescribing controlled substances and do not regularly prescribe stimulants.
My typical response time is 72 hours and I do not offer emergency services. Those immediately post hospitalization or who require more time sensitive responses will find a better-fit provider elsewhere.
FAQs
lingering questions?
-
My fees reflect the difference between price and value—price is what you pay, value is what you receive. Our work is designed to create deep, lasting transformation in a focused period of time, rather than years of therapy without real change. I offer highly individualized support, attuned to your attachment, energy, and nervous system. Each session is a bespoke journey—responsive, dynamic, and grounded in both training and lived experience. I intentionally keep a limited caseload so I can show up fully, bringing depth, presence, and care to every session.
-
I am not in-network with any insurance providers.
For my integrative psychiatry services, I can provide an out-of-network superbill, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that superbills are not available for therapeutic facilitation sessions. -
90 minute Evaluation – $875
75 minute Follow Up – $675
25 minute Follow Up – $350

The primary difference between integrative psychiatry services and therapeutic facilitation lies in both the scope of practice and the legal protections around confidentiality.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medication when clinically indicated. This medical approach can be essential for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges that may benefit from pharmacological support to stabilize or manage their symptoms.
Psychiatry, as a healthcare service, is governed by specific laws and regulations designed to protect patient privacy. In the United States, for example, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) mandates strict standards for the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) shared within a psychiatric treatment context. This ensures a legally protected environment for your medical records and any communications related to your mental health care.
Therapeutic facilitation is not a medical service and is not covered by these legal protections. While it can be deeply supportive, it operates outside the clinical framework and does not involve diagnosis or prescription.
-
I can! That being said, due to the different legal frameworks of these two roles, you will be required to sign a form indicating that you understand that you will not be covered by the same legal protections with facilitation work as you are by psychiatric work.
-
Not necessarily. Medication is just one tool within the integrative psychiatry framework, and it will only be recommended if it’s considered a helpful and necessary part of your individualized treatment plan.
-
Each individual’s timeline is unique. Some people may experience improvements within 2–4 weeks, while deeper and more lasting changes often unfold over time as we address underlying patterns and integrate new practices.
-
To really amplify your growth, we will identify your “top medicines”—those unique activities that genuinely nourish your soul; whether it’s painting, dancing, soaking up nature, sweating it out in a sauna, or finding your calm with mindfulness. The more you intentionally weave these practices into your day, the more deeply our work will integrate and support your ongoing flourishing.
-
I do not prescribe stimulants or provide emergency services. Anyone in need of these services is not a good fit for this work.
