Each of us are consistently breathing, but how often do we breathe consciously? Transformational breathwork is a potent practice of cyclical breathing that facilitates your entering into a extra-ordinary state of consciousness for emotional release, stress reduction, and deep healing.
It is like a deep cleanse of your mind and body, helping you unlock inner peace and vitality. By intentionally shifting your breathing patterns and surrendering to the body’s wisdom, you can access and release unresolved trauma, easily creating space for profound transformation.
The breath can easily become one of the most transformative and accessible tools in your toolbox, supporting you in moving through grief, chronic pain, depression, and fear with surprising ease.

My fees reflect the difference between price and value—price is what you pay, value is what you receive. Our work is designed to create deep, lasting transformation in a focused period of time, rather than years of therapy without real change. I offer highly individualized support, attuned to your attachment, energy, and nervous system. Each session is a bespoke journey—responsive, dynamic, and grounded in both training and lived experience. I intentionally keep a limited caseload so I can show up fully, bringing depth, presence, and care to every session.

One-Time 75 minute Session

Eat something light no more than 40 minutes before the event.
Prepare your space with a mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, and some water.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely.

Everyone’s experience is unique, but many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after a session. You might feel deeply relaxed, emotionally open, or even energized. It’s also possible to feel tender or tired as your body integrates the work—this is all part of the process. I’ll offer guidance at the end of each session to help you care for yourself and support your integration.

Yes. While the experience is different, online breathwork can be just as powerful as in-person sessions. With the right setup and guidance, many clients find that virtual sessions offer the same depth of emotional release, insight, and transformation—often with the added comfort of being in their own space. I create a safe, attuned container whether we’re together in person or connecting through a screen.

I do not recommend breathwork for those with epilepsy, glaucoma, osteoporosis, aneurysm, history of cardiovascular disease, history of strokes, seizures, or other neurological conditions. If you have asthma, please consult with your medical professional and bring an inhaler if you do decide to join a session.
If you have severe persistent mental illness, please inform me, as that will determine the intensity of the breathwork we engage in.

I work with pregnant women on a case-by-case basis. If you are over 4 months pregnant, we will do a more gentle breathing exercise.

From there, we’ll schedule a 75-minute session—either in person at my ceremony space in Brooklyn or virtually from the comfort of your home.
